          鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)作(zuo)為(wei)後備(bei)電源(yuan)的核心,其(qi)備(bei)受(shou)關(guan)註(zhu)。行業(ye)內(nei)的使用者(zhe)已經意(yi)識(shi)到,為(wei)了鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)能夠(gou)達到其(qi)zui大可靠(kao)使用(yong)壽命,必須對(dui)其(qi)小(xiao)心維護,定(ding)期(qi)測試。近(jin)年來(lai),隨(sui)著(zhe)鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)管理(li)的日趨(qu)成熟,鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)的在線(xian)監測(ce)管(guan)理(li)成為(wei)可能,常見的鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)在線(xian)監測(ce)系(xi)統(tong)多以(yi)鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)的電壓(ya)、內(nei)阻(zu)作(zuo)為(wei)主要(yao)監測(ce)參(can)數(shu),輔(fu)以(yi)環境溫度(du)或(huo)成組溫度(du)。但(dan)對於(yu)蓄電(dian)池(chi)本身而(er)言,溫度(du)也(ye)是蓄電(dian)池(chi)監測(ce)中(zhong)的關(guan)鍵(jian)參數,IEEE1188中(zhong)規(gui)定(ding),溫度(du)是(shi)固定(ding)型(xing)蓄電(dian)池(chi)定(ding)期(qi)維護中(zhong)必要(yao)的參數。

            由於(yu)不同(tong)的環境溫度(du)會(hui)大地(di)影(ying)響(xiang)鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)中電(dian)解液(ye)的結冰點(dian)和(he)活物質(zhi)的活,為(wei)化學(xue)反應(ying)充(chong)分(fen)進(jin)行,蓄電(dian)池(chi)般(ban)是(shi)按環境溫度(du)25℃設計(ji)的,其(qi)理(li)想的工(gong)作(zuo)範(fan)圍(wei)是21-27℃。大量(liang)的運行數(shu)據(ju)證(zheng)明,長(chang)時(shi)間(jian)不(bu)利的溫度(du)會(hui)縮(suo)短(duan)蓄電(dian)池(chi)的壽命。另外(wai)鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)的容量也(ye)和(he)溫度(du)有關(guan),大約是溫度(du)每(mei)降低1℃,容量(liang)將下(xia)降1%,所以(yi)廠(chang)家要(yao)求(qiu)鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)的使用者(zhe)在(zai)夏天電(dian)池(chi)放(fang)出額定(ding)容(rong)量的50%後,冬天(tian)放(fang)出25%後就應及時(shi)充(chong)電(dian)。

            溫度(du)作(zuo)為(wei)鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)問題(ti)早期中(zhong)的關(guan)鍵(jian)參數,蓄電(dian)池(chi)在線(xian)監測(ce)系(xi)統(tong)中依(yi)靠(kao)蓄電(dian)池(chi)室(shi)溫或成(cheng)組溫度(du)的測量遠遠不夠(gou),不能真(zhen)正(zheng)起到對(dui)蓄電(dian)池(chi)預(yu)防和保(bao)護,要(yao)想(xiang)真(zhen)正(zheng)實現(xian)對蓄電(dian)池(chi)在線(xian)監測(ce)系(xi)統(tong)早發(fa)現(xian)、早預(yu)防、早維護的目的,單體蓄電(dian)池(chi)溫度(du)的測量*。由LEM提(ti)供(gong)的Sentinel蓄電(dian)池(chi)監測(ce)模(mo)塊(kuai)在設計(ji)上充(chong)分(fen)考(kao)慮了影(ying)響(xiang)鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)的因素,使得(de)單體蓄電(dian)池(chi)溫度(du)的監測(ce)變得(de)簡(jian)單易行。

            通(tong)常的蓄電(dian)池(chi)室(shi)溫或成(cheng)組溫度(du)都(dou)局(ju)限於(yu)某(mou)幾(ji)點,在(zai)實際應用中,我(wo)們曾發(fa)現(xian)在某(mou)用戶(hu)的蓄電(dian)池(chi)組,同(tong)時有6只(zhi)蓄電(dian)池(chi)的溫度(du)出現(xian)低溫,但動(dong)環監測(ce)系(xi)統(tong)中室(shi)溫為(wei)18度(du),切(qie)正(zheng)常,經過(guo)對(dui)的蓄電(dian)池(chi)實際,發(fa)現(xian)這6只(zhi)蓄電(dian)池(chi)的分別安裝在(zai)靠(kao)近(jin)電池(chi)室(shi)的兩個(ge)排(pai)風(feng)口,由於(yu)電池(chi)室(shi)的排(pai)風(feng)口的保溫層(ceng)破損以(yi)及管(guan)路(lu)上的故障,導(dao)致(zhi)室(shi)溫上的不均衡(heng),使(shi)部(bu)分蓄電(dian)池(chi)處於(yu)低溫工(gong)作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。所以(yi)單(dan)體蓄電(dian)池(chi)的溫度(du)測(ce)試可以(yi)盡(jin)早發(fa)出預(yu)警信(xin)號,及時(shi)發(fa)現(xian)問題(ti),合(he)理(li)地設計(ji)和分(fen)配蓄電(dian)池(chi)的布局(ju),地利(li)用蓄電(dian)池(chi)的容量。

            基(ji)於(yu)鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)受(shou)溫度(du)的影(ying)響(xiang),監測(ce)單(dan)體(ti)蓄電(dian)池(chi)的溫度(du)除(chu)了作(zuo)為(wei)改善環境溫度(du)的依(yi)據(ju),重要(yao)的是可以(yi)為(wei)"帶溫度(du)補(bu)償"的充(chong)電(dian)設計(ji)提(ti)供(gong)的信息。

            鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)出廠(chang)時承(cheng)諾的使用壽(shou)命指標基於(yu)環境溫度(du)為(wei)25℃下給出的。實際應用中,鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)的充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)及壽(shou)命都(dou)會(hui)隨(sui)溫度(du)的變化而(er)改(gai)變。當環境溫度(du)每(mei)上升(sheng)1℃,單(dan)體(ti)鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)的充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)下(xia)降(jiang)約4mV,那麽對於(yu)12V蓄電(dian)池(chi),25℃時的浮充(chong)電(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)13.5V;當環境溫度(du)降(jiang)為(wei)0℃時,浮充(chong)電(dian)壓(ya)應(ying)為(wei)14.1V;當環境溫度(du)升(sheng)至(zhi)40℃時(shi),浮(fu)充(chong)電(dian)壓(ya)應(ying)為(wei)13.14V。

            當環境溫度(du)升(sheng)時,蓄電(dian)池(chi)所允(yun)許(xu)的浮充(chong)電(dian)壓(ya)的閥(fa)值將逐(zhu)漸下(xia)降(jiang)。如果浮(fu)充(chong)電(dian)壓(ya)閥(fa)值仍(reng)為(wei)固定(ding)值(zhi)電壓(ya),(12V蓄電(dian)池(chi)為(wei)13.5V),勢必會(hui)將蓄電(dian)池(chi)組置(zhi)於(yu)“過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)充(chong)電(dian)”工(gong)作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態(tai),顯(xian)然會(hui)使蓄電(dian)池(chi)加速老化(hua)。溫度(du)升(sheng)時,應降低(di)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya),否則(ze)蓄電(dian)池(chi)中板(ban)受(shou)硫(liu)酸腐蝕(shi)加劇,從(cong)而(er)使(shi)其(qi)壽(shou)命縮(suo)短(duan)。當環境溫度(du)低(di)於(yu)25℃時,充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)應(ying)提(ti),以(yi)防止充(chong)電(dian)不(bu)足(zu)。

            利用單體蓄電(dian)池(chi)的實測溫度(du)信(xin)號來實時自(zi)動(dong)調(tiao)整充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)的浮充(chong)電(dian)壓(ya),從(cong)而(er)將蓄電(dian)池(chi)組置(zhi)於(yu)*的浮充(chong)電(dian)壓(ya)-溫度(du)工(gong)作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態(tai),實現(xian)溫度(du)補(bu)償功能,蓄電(dian)池(chi)達到設計(ji)壽命。

            LEM的Sentinel模塊設計(ji)上采(cai)用度(du)集(ji)成的Soc芯片,集(ji)單體(ti)蓄電(dian)池(chi)溫度(du)、電(dian)壓(ya)及內(nei)阻(zu)於(yu)身,在線(xian)監測(ce)電(dian)壓(ya)及內(nei)阻(zu)的同時可以(yi)測(ce)量到單(dan)體(ti)蓄電(dian)池(chi)的溫度(du),是(shi)鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)在線(xian)監測(ce)系(xi)統(tong)的體現(xian)。
